Meditation
To meditate means "to ponder". In these small groups the aim is to help you "Align with your Heart" connect with your inner wisdom & guidance and surrender to your natural state which is unconditional love. Benefits may include becoming the observer of your thoughts leading to more discernment, having more clarity, a connection to inner wisdom, guidance and intuition. You may feel less stress, more motivation, more peaceful feelings and overall feeling better physically, mentally and emotionally.
Mindfulness for Children
Working with the Angels of Light Children's Foundation to provide children, teachers, parents and professionals with effective tools that provide Whole Child, Whole Community and Whole Education benefits.

The award winning books My Magical Garden and My Magical Tree, are used to run interactive and fun mindfulness programs within schools and children's groups. As well as being beautifully illustrated, these books are also a tool for emotional wellbeing as children get in touch with their imagination, creativity and inner safe space. They are a wonderful resource for teachers and parents too as they act as a communication tool allowing them to understand the child's needs.
Wellbeing in the Workplace
Mind UK state the wellbeing of staff is really important and when employees are valued they are more productive, deliver better outcomes and are likely to stay working at the organisation for longer.
During a visit, presentations are delivered to the workplace covering topics such as stress management, relaxation techniques, mindfulness and self care. Additionally, employees can experience 20 minute treatments of reflexology and/or reiki in my recliner chair.
By embedding wellbeing into workplace culture, organisations may create healthier spaces where employees feel valued, motivated, and able to thrive.
